Training Services

Grapeshot provides training for the core iSA Toolkit product - helping developers to get up to speed and maximise the return on invested time. Training can be arranged onsite at your location. But developers are also well received at our offices in Cambridge for intensive training with no distractions (except Cambridge itself!). Rapid prototyping can also be done by the Grapeshot engineers to help demonstrate concepts and solutions, and help you get your application project well underway.

Indexing Strategies

Indexing information is never a "one size fits all" scenario. If you have invested time in creating the data, then it deserves a considered approach on how to index material and satisfy all retrieval needs. The Grapeshot team has a deep experience of working with a range of data formats, and can advise on information strategy as well as software design. A search system is only as good as the indexing logic that sits behind it.
